During the artist‘s residency, a vacant window in the exhibition space intrigued the artist to penetrate into the community, and finally, five works were made to reflect his observation, feelings and evaluation of the local area, Aotou village. The Chinese Spelling of  “YANG” in the title can be translated in either the “yang” of the “ocean” or the “yang” of “masculinity” in Chinese.
